How you exit

Exit

There are two ways out: the marketplace, at any time — and the joint decision at the end of the term.

The term, 5–10 years

  1. Any time

    Transfer shares via the marketplace

  2. 6 months before the end

    All owners are informed

  3. End of the term

Refinancing with a ⅔ majority, otherwise sale

01

The marketplace

You can transfer your shares to other interested parties at any time via the Guildroof marketplace — provided a buyer is found.

There is no guarantee of the purchase price.

02

The end of the term

The holding period is 5 to 10 years and is linked to the mortgage.

At the end of the term the owners decide: refinancing with a two-thirds majority, otherwise sale. You are informed six months in advance.

And if Guildroof no longer exists?

If Guildroof ceases to exist, the building still belongs to its owners. They appoint new management.

Shares are not traded on a stock exchange. Whether and when you can sell depends on a buyer being found.
