Forms
When you fill in a form (contact, open an account / early access, news about properties), we process the details you enter: name, email address, optionally your phone number, your message and, depending on the form, your topic, interest, planned amount, canton of residence and your confirmations.
We use these details only to answer your enquiry, to inform you about early access and new properties and to get in touch with you. Form data goes to Guildroof (in formation).
Technically, the forms are received by our web provider’s form service (operated on Vercel, stored with Supabase) and forwarded to Guildroof by email (sent via Resend) and by WhatsApp. Some of these providers are based in the USA; data is only transferred abroad with the safeguards required by data protection law.
Server logs
When you visit the website, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time, page requested and browser type in order to deliver the website and protect it against misuse. This data is not combined with other data.
Visit counting without cookies
We count page views anonymously: the page visited, the referring page, campaign parameters from the address, and the country and town roughly derived from the IP address on the server. No cookies are set and no profiles are created. If “Do Not Track” is enabled in your browser, no counting takes place.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser only stores locally that you closed the cookie notice (“cookie-consent”). Fonts are loaded from our own server, not from Google.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose or as required by law. You can stop receiving news at any time by email.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Write to hallo@guildroof.ch. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
