The guild under one roof.
About
Guildroof makes co-ownership of Swiss apartment buildings possible. 20 to 30 people buy an entire building together; each is recorded in the land register with their share.
Since 1383
In 1383, 18 people in Zurich bought a building together — on the site where the Zunfthaus zur Saffran stands today.
Many people owning a building together, under fixed rules, across generations: that is co-ownership, more than 600 years before anyone called it crowdinvesting.

The guiding idea
The guild under one roof.
A guild is a community with fixed rules. Under one roof means: many shares, one shared building and a management that is accountable to the owners.

Wealth in many hands
Few people can buy an apartment building on their own. With twenty or thirty, it becomes possible.
Guildroof is in formation.
There are no properties in the portfolio yet and no owners. The buildings on this website are example properties. Sign up now to be the first to hear when the first building opens for subscription.
